研究方向:忆阻器与神经形态电子学

个人简介

PA电子首批“文瀛青年学者”。2023年于南京大学获博士学位,2023年7月起在PA电子·(中国区)官方网站 版权所有工作至今。主要从事忆阻器与神经形态电子学这一前沿交叉研究领域,重点聚焦于电子神经元的开发与智能感知系统构建,旨在为高性能的类脑芯片提供硬件支持。近年来在Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Small methods, IEEE Electron Device Letters等国内外知名学术期刊上发表论文30余篇。主持和参与的项目包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发等。

教学情况

承担的本科生课程有:《单片机与嵌入式系统》、《数字信号处理实验》。
